CBP begins voiding inaccurate IOR numbers on September 18, 2026
Per CBP's August 19, 2026 Federal Register notice (91 FR 53627), this applies to every IOR on file, new and existing. A stale phone number, a broker's address standing in for the importer's, or a POA that isn't executed directly with the IOR is enough to trigger it.
