To Our Valued Partners,

This is an early advisory based on public statements made last night by President Trump outlining proposed new tariffs scheduled to take effect on October 1, 2025. While no official proclamations, Federal Register notices, or regulatory guidance have been released as of this notice, we are sharing the preliminary details for early awareness.
🚨 Tariff Announcements (Posted on Truth Social only):

  • 100% Tariff on branded or patented pharmaceutical products unless the company is actively building a manufacturing facility in the U.S.

    • “Building” is defined as having broken ground or being under construction.

  • 50% Tariff on all kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and associated products.

  • 30% Tariff on upholstered furniture.

  • 25% Tariff on heavy trucks made outside the United States.

All of these are stated to take effect October 1, 2025, but the effective filing method (e.g., entry for consumption vs. in-transit) has not been clarified. We are monitoring for official guidance.

🔎 What We Know Right Now:

  • No published Executive Order, CBP CSMS, or Federal Register notice is available at this time.

  • The effective date could vary depending on how “entry” is defined (as in previous tariff actions).

  • We will send a full update once official regulatory guidance is released.
