The White House has extended the suspension of higher reciprocal tariffs on covered imports from China, Hong Kong, and Macau until November 10, 2025 (Read the Official Executive Order).
✅ What this means for you
The 10% reciprocal tariff stays in place for now, instead of the much higher rates previously planned.
This lower rate applies to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or before 12:01 a.m. EST, Nov 10, 2025.
Keep filing under HTSUS 9903.01.25 during the suspension.
⚠️ Remember:
Some of these goods may also face the 20% synthetic opioid supply chain duty under EO 14195 and EO 14228, plus any applicable Section 301 tariffs.

This is a prime opportunity to move shipments while the 10% rate holds. With reciprocal tariff rates for other countries now locked in, you can plan with more certainty and capture cost savings before the November review.
